Every child who is deaf or hard of hearing has the right to a high standard of education that prepares him/her for post secondary education and/or successful careers as adults.

Every child who is deaf or hard of hearing has the right to a supportive learning environment that is communication rich, peer supported, parent-involved, and provides highly qualified educational personnel.
