 Every child who is deaf or hard of hearing
has the right to a high standard of education that prepares
him/her for post secondary education and/or successful careers
as adults.
Every child who is deaf or hard of hearing
has the right to a supportive learning environment that is
communication rich, peer supported, parent-involved, and
provides highly qualified educational personnel.
Every child who is deaf or hard of hearing
has the right to the earliest possible intervention that
provides a highly qualified support system composed of
parents, medical personnel, and other professionals.
These are the core beliefs of the Arkansas
Coalition for the Education of Children who are Deaf or Hard
of Hearing.
